PT Ditama Teknologi Indonesia has been an Odoo Partner since 2021. We implement, upgrade and support Odoo for companies in Indonesia and abroad.
As an Odoo Functional Support Specialist, you will look after our existing clients after go-live. You will be their first point of contact: handling tickets, adjusting configuration, training users, and working with our developers when custom code is needed. This role is based at our office in Kembangan, West Jakarta, on a contract basis.
Responsibilities
- Handle client support tickets from analysis to resolution
- Configure Odoo and adjust workflows on client request
- Train and assist client users
- Investigate data issues using Odoo logs and basic SQL
- Write clear requirements for the development team
- Keep client documentation up to date
Must Have
- 2 to 3 years of Odoo functional or support experience
- Solid knowledge of Accounting in Odoo
- Solid knowledge of Sales, Purchase and Inventory flows
- Comfortable with basic SQL and reading Odoo logs
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering or related
- Willing to work on-site in Kembangan, West Jakarta
Nice to have
- English communication skills
- Experience with Manufacturing, HR/Payroll or POS
- Experience across several Odoo versions (15 to 20)
- Odoo Studio and simple report customization
- Odoo Functional Certification

Work Arrangement
This is an on-site, contract position at our office in Kembangan, West Jakarta, during Indonesian working hours. Salary range: IDR 6.500.000 to 8.000.000 per month.
